3. Half rock tea

Banyan tea is a specialty tea from Fuzhou, Fujian. It has a long history. Due to its small output, it was used as tribute or enjoyed by high-ranking officials. This tea is grown in the Gushan rock formations or in the shade of the bushes, with little direct sunlight. It is purely nourished by natural rain and dew, so it has a clear taste, light color and aroma. This tea is brewed with water from Gushan Longtou Spring.
