1. Longju Meatballs

Longju meatballs are a traditional specialty food in Dongying, Shandong Province. They have a very long history and are said to be related to Zhao Kuangyin. Longju meatballs are made from high-quality pig hind legs as the main raw material and are boiled with pure Yellow River water. The meatballs produced have the characteristics of high protein, low fat, good elasticity and crisp taste.

Lijin fried buns are a traditional specialty snack in Dongying, Shandong Province. They have a long history and originated in the Qing Dynasty. The production method is very precise, using flour and pork as the main raw materials, and going through three processes of boiling, steaming and frying. The resulting fried buns are golden in color, crispy on one side, tender on three sides, with many fillings and thin skin, fragrant but not greasy, crisp but not hard.

3. Shikou Roast Chicken

Shikou Roast Chicken is a traditional snack in Dongying, Shandong Province. It has a long history. Shikou Town, Dongying is even known as the "Hometown of Roast Chicken". The production process of Si Kou Roast Chicken Dad is very delicate. It uses local chicken as the main raw material and is made through traditional techniques such as slaughtering, blood collection, hair removal, and cleaning of the five internal organs. The roasted chicken produced is mellow to the bone, crispy and delicious, moderately salty, and has a strong but not greasy taste.
