清水里加碱粉,搅拌5分钟左右,加魔芋粉,搅拌至凝固,放5个小时左右让它变硬,锅中加清水,将凝固后的魔芋粉放进去,煮沸30分钟,换水2-3次,魔芋切片,浸泡到冷水中,每2小时换一次水,完成以上的步骤就做好了。

怎么做魔芋
材料
魔芋粉50克,碱粉4g,水3大碗;
魔芋的做法:
1.清水里面加入碱粉,快速搅拌5分钟左右; p>
2.再加入魔芋粉,不停地搅拌至凝固,然后放5个小时左右,让它变硬;
3.锅中加清水,将凝固后的魔芋粉的放进去,煮沸30分钟,期间换水2-3次;
4.将魔芋切片,然后浸泡到冷水中,每2小时换一次水;
5.完成以上的步骤就做好了。

小贴士:
魔芋要浸泡2-3天的时间,期间要不断换水,目的是去除里面的碱;
煮魔芋时可以滴几滴醋,去除一些碱味。
