清水里加碱粉，搅拌5分钟左右，加魔芋粉，搅拌至凝固，放5个小时左右让它变硬，锅中加清水，将凝固后的魔芋粉放进去，煮沸30分钟，换水2-3次，魔芋切片，浸泡到冷水中，每2小时换一次水，完成以上的步骤就做好了。
怎么做魔芋
材料
魔芋粉50克，碱粉4g，水3大碗;
魔芋的做法：
1.清水里面加入碱粉，快速搅拌5分钟左右;
2.再加入魔芋粉，不停地搅拌至凝固，然后放5个小时左右，让它变硬;
3.锅中加清水，将凝固后的魔芋粉的放进去，煮沸30分钟，期间换水2-3次;
4.将魔芋切片，然后浸泡到冷水中，每2小时换一次水;
5.完成以上的步骤就做好了。
小贴士：
魔芋要浸泡2-3天的时间，期间要不断换水，目的是去除里面的碱;
煮魔芋时可以滴几滴醋，去除一些碱味。
